Calendar Option One
$34.00 to purchase software (purchased from CoffeeCup)
$5.00 per month for KP to host, and copy custom code into your site

With this calendar you will download software onto your computer. Once the software is downloaded you will easily be able to make changes to your events and customize the look of this calendar.

  • Advantages: Fully Customize the Look of the Calendar
  • Disadvantages: Calendar can only be updated from the computer that the software is downloaded onto.

 Calendar Option Two
Cost is Free
Free if you set it up yourself
$15.00 (one-time fee) for KP to set up

This calendar is set up through Google's Free account.

  • Advantages: Easily add events from any computer that is on line, link to a full size calendar
  • Disadvantages: Can not fully customize the look of this calendar


Detailed Events Listing

With this Detailed Events Listing you have complete control over how your events are presented. On the example some of the events have images with them. This is optional. You can also choose the layout of your events.

After events expire they automatically drop off the list.

KP will set up your database and your events page with the layout of your choice. Updating your events is as easy as completing a contact form on a website.

  • Advantages: Custom Layout, events listing page, event details page with images or without, easy administration for updating and adding events from any computer with internet access, your extra hosting includes enough space to incorporate other database options in the future (example: member, employee, or product databases)
  • Disadvantages: Really there are no disadvantages with this option

  • Disadvantages: Not much control over how your slide show looks

Shopping Cart Option One
No Additional Cost

Keen Perspectives, LLC will walk you through the process of creating pay pal buttons for you site. You will then be able to post your products with the Website Tonight tools and use pay pal for customer payments.

  • Advantages: Easy, no additional charge, the only fee is the pay pal per transaction fee
  • Disadvantages: No database to sort your items, you are responsible for keeping up your store front, no reports generated to help you track your sales
Shopping Cart Option Two
Contact KP for a Quote

Keen Perspectives, LLC will set up your storefront, along with the database of your products displayed the way you want them. We will integrate the paypal shopping cart for you.

  • Advantages: Fully customized store, easy to update
  • Disadvantages: May have the most expensive up front cost.

20 - Product Catalog starting at $9.99 per month
100-Product Catalog starting at $29.99 per month
Unlimited Product Catalog starting at $49.99 per month

  • Advantages: organized professional looking shopping cart, easily integrated with pay pal, custom reports and customer management system
  • Disadvantages: The cost is the only disadvantage, but it is worth it if you want a store front that looks professional and will help you keep your business organized.
 Multi-Media - Video Options

You can add short video and audio clips to your website at no additional charge with your Website Tonight Account. However, if your clips are longer than about 3 minutes, KP does suggest a streaming solution.

If you are interested in streaming solutions this is what KP recommends.

1) Choose a streaming hosting provider. We work with Audio/Video Web and are very happy with their services.

2) If you are unable to edit and encode your audio or video on your own contact Keen Perspectives, LLC. We can encode and edit your audio or video project.

3) Decide if you will be using archived or live solutions.

  • Advantages: Easy, no additional charge, you can customize the look of your blog and link to it from your website.
  • Disadvantages: Not sure of any disadvantages, not sure if you can add multi-media
